Foruden Lindås Waves IBK spillede også 9 andre hold i Flickor 2002/2003. De var inddelt i 2 forskellige puljer, hvoraf Lindås Waves IBK begyndte i Group A sammen med Pixbo Wallenstam IBF 03 Svart, Partille IBS 1, Husqvarna IK og Pixbo Wallenstam IBF.
